On August 6th, the signing ceremony of CGC Energy Technology - Aokly Energy storage production base and strategic cooperation agreement was held at the headquarters of Aokly Group.

Aokly will provide electrochemical energy storage products for CGC Energy Technology co. Ltd. After full production, the annual production scale is expected to reach 574Mwh. It will expand to 5GMwh in the next few years.

 

 

Xinhua Cheng, president of sales at CGC Energy Technology, analysed that if 574 megawatt-hours of production were made into a power station, it could store 570,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity at the same time.

If a household uses 300 kilowatt-hours of electricity on average a month, it could cover 160 households’ electricity for a year.   574 megawatt-hour electric storage products, the current market value of about 1.1-1.2 billion yuan.
